Do I need a SIM card in my iPhone to use my Fitbit AltaHR

Been using iPhone for wifi  not phone....no sim card....can I use a Fitbit without a sim card?

As long as you have internet connection it should work ok so if you are connected to wi-fi that will be good enough.

I often use a tablet to sync my fitbits and that doesn't have a SIM card.

Steve, I am connected to wifi and when I plug my fitbit into my wall adapter my fitbit won't charge and I can't reset it help me

If that doesn't help then, as it says at the end of that guide, it's probably best to contact customer support.
