I would search for the answer but I am sure their are way to many complaints about the dashboard.  You changed the dashboard.... failure, but you failed to change the documentation. The sleep insight documents say it will start automatically To track your sleep in the  previous working version. your latest  failure you have to start it manually each night? Ugh.  plus the pictures do not correspond to the ugly new version. Any plans to upgrade the documentation to match

Sorry, but I can't quite make sense of your post.  If there is a help section that is not up-to-date, please provide a link.

I don't know of any  change about starting sleep.  If you have a tracker with heart rate sensor, just let it  figure out sleep time itself.  Why do you think that has changed?

There is a lot of documentation about sleep.  I can't address your issue if I don't know the specific section, preferably a link to the part with error.

Is it something within this section:

How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?

If so, specifically which subsection?

I see the confusion now.  I was looking at documentation in the help section on fitbit.com in a browser.  You are looking at the "How to Use" help section within the app.

Here's what that looks like for me with the Versa.

I don't see a problem.  Is yours different?
