Hello @sarniep14 and welcome to the Community.  Not directly.  You need a third party app.  I can see three in the App Store.

@sarniep14   I entered 'sync Fitbit to Apple Health' in the search bar and got:

  • Fitbit to Apple Health Sync
  • Power Sync for Fitbit
  • Fitbit Sync to Apple Health

It turns out there are more.  I had to scroll more.  All are free.  Some mentioned in-app purchases.  The top choice (Fitbit to Apple Health Sync, developed by Bickster LLC) has the most reviews.

Your list might be different if you don't live in the US.
