Does iOS app version 3.30 fix syncing issues?

Release notes do not indicate that bug fixes in 3.30 include addressing sync issues that I saw. The sync issues seem to have re-appeared again with the last iOS release of Fitbit app and affect many different devices reading different forums. Understood that coordinating releases may be challenging and wondering about status of arriving at the root cause of syncing before this release.

Not for me.  It still won't sync without multiple attempts and several forced app closures.  This update did nothing to fix this issue.
