So, I recently changed my goal weight, ideally I would like to gain a little weight. However, does the calorie counter on the fitbit app take this into account? Does the calorie counter tell me how much I should consume to achieve that goal weight or only to maintain my current weight?

You set it up for your daily caloric increase based on goal weight. Set up your macros too so its good weight.

I know this sounds a bit idiotic, however, I'm not sure how to configure those settings. Any way you'd walk me through it? Smiley Happy

Absolutely! That’s not idiotic at all. I’d be happy to help. I can do so later today when I’m not working as I have to drive between clinics today (healthcare)

if you respond to this it will be fresh in my email and I’ll semd the step by step later or this evening. Have a great day!

Thank you so much for your time, I greatly appreciate it. I'm just trying to make sure I have all the tools to succeed in my fitness goals. I don't want to overeat or undereat if I can avoid it.
