Does your Sense Sync up to the 8th Gen iPad?

So I seen Ipad on sale I was wondering if the Ipad 8th Gen just WiFi no cellar will sync with the FitBit Sense can anyone confirm yes i know all about compatibility that not what I am asking I want experience from someone to affirm it.

@Converse   I think you might have a better chance of getting an answer if this post is moved to the iOS app forum.  If a user has a different Fitbit and an 8th gen iPad, and it syncs, there's a very good chance your Sense will sync.

 

I don't want to move this post without your knowledge.

 

Keep in mind that Fitbit doesn't have a separate iPad version of the app.  You put the  iPhone app o the iPad.  The app is optimized for the phone.  Sometimes there are display issues when Fitbit updates the app.

Hi @Converse - Fitbit requires Apple iOS 12.2 or higher. As long as the iPad can support that, it should be ok with just Wi-Fi. @LZeeW makes a good point, though. The Fitbit app is optimized for the phone and will only show up on the iPad in portrait mode, which means you will have to tilt the iPad to see the data.  I have both an iPhone and and iPad and much prefer to access the app on my iPhone. But the app will work on both.

thanks for the Info but i am looking for actually experience from someone using that particular device Ipad 8the Gen WiFi only which is the newest one they offer.

I understand, @Converse . I have the iPad Pro 12.9” which was released a year ago. Hopefully someone else will reply.
