Dongle not working

Using mac ios 10. At the top where the fitbit logo is should ,when the dongle is plugged in, be highlighted and read wireless sync dongle connected. Thanks for any replies

Fitbit is charged up. Dongle won’t connect at all. Have reset to. I am using a apple mac and at the top of my screen a fitbit logo is visible. When clicking on it i get a sub menu. When the dongle is out it tells me “ couldn’t find wireless dongle” in LIGHT GREY. Dongle in”wireless sync dongle connected” in light grey. In dark grey “SYNC NOW”. It does nothing when trying to sync just tells me has it any power is it near enough or is there another tracker nearby. Hope you can help. Thanks

wireless sync dongle is in lite grey & not working.  how to reactivate???
