Duplicate notifications

I read other posts with this particular problem, but none of the solutions worked. I started getting duplicate push notifications a few months ago and they've continued to increase steadily in number. I get well over 10 notifications at a time. It's always about my step goal. Ex "Almost there! Get 28 steps more to hit your daily goal!"
I just got this notification 14 times, all at once.
Another post suggested logging into my online settings, unchecking each mobile notification, saving and reselecting the boxes, saving. Didn't work. 😞

Hi @Smneighbor and welcome to the Community!

Out of curiosity, what type of iOS device are you using and what iOS version is it running (ie iOS 8, iOS 9.3, etc)?

Also, I'd recommend making sure that you are updated to Fitbit iOS App version 2.24 that was released this morning. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.

Keep me posted!

I have an iPhone 6s, running iOS 9.3.2. I just updated the app, but haven't received any push notifications yet.

Unfortunately, the update did not alter the notifications. I just received 14 duplicates.
