You can't change if it is your log in without setting up a different account; but if log in email is OK and only the notification email is wrong, you can change it once every thirty days by going to accounts on a computer (click gear in upper right corner at fitbit.com), highlight the text in the email box under your profile pic and type the correct one over it. Check it before you click submit button at the bottom.
