Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here @Lizgra! You can change the e-mail address linked to your account without losing any data by doing the following:
1. Sign into your account with your current e-mail address and password.
2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of your Dashboard and select "Settings."
3. In the "Personal Info" section, click "change email" to the right of your email address.
Just keep in mind that this change can't be done on your App. However, you can use Safari, Google Chrome, Bing, or any other search engine.

Welcome! It's great to see you around @Justdebd58! At the moment is not possible to change your email using the Fibit app. However, you can change it on your online Dashboard. You can always access Fitbit.com on Safari, Google Chrome, Bing or any other search engine on your phone or computer. There you can follow the process that I described on my previous post.
