Entire dashboard info as well as categories has disappeared

It's nice to see you on board @Cluckiemae Smiley Very Happy! Hmmm...very strange. By any chance, did you change something on your Fitbit app during the day when you lost the steps? Like an update or so?

 

Have you tried doing the following:

 

  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Restart your Charge HR at least three times in a row
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit App
