My entire log history is being replaced with each new sync. Since latest software download. Another long list of problem plaguing the Charge 3. Can it be the device is fine and the software is Fitbit’s problem?

Hello @Jayzbug, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, thanks for bringing this to my attention.
Seems odd that your entire log history is being replaced after your sync your Fitbit device, this is certainly not a common situation. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Fitbit device and mobile device you're using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? This occurs each time you sync your Fitbit? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following:
- Force quit the Fitbit app
- Uninstall the app from your iOS mobile device
- Make sure that the iOS version is up to date
- Reboot your mobile device
- Reinstall the Fitbit app
- Restart your Fitbit device
- Try again
