Why does the watch or for othe Fitbits steps override those on the phone? I sync up after walking 3 1/2 mikes and only get credit from the watch steps which always less than the phone. Why not have the one with the most steps take preference????

Hello @Hollywhodat

Fitbit will only recconize steps from their devices and not from your phone manufactures program.

Then why does it count it when you sync up and why can you use use your phone as a device?
