Erasing notifications on my Iphone. Some are 11 months old and using up storage on my phone

can you develop a  method that can enable a person to erase notifications that appear on my I phone.  Some are from almost 11 months ago and are using up quite a bit of storage on my phone

@nightingalelass  Please visit my Feature Suggestion asking for this feature.  Please vote and leave a comment.  I have notifications that are over a year old.  Like you, I really want them to go away.
