Just updated my HR Charge and received FBBluetoothErrorDomainerror18. My iPad shows version 0. Tried reinstalling app but got the same error. My Fitbit displays a narrow bar with an explanation mark in the center.

Here is the forum where I have posted my fix.
You need to "forget your device" so the connection is reestablished with your phone or computer.
The first post is also a good fix.
