Error 400: bad request

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
I recently got a Fitbit charge HR and when I try to connect through the app it recognizes my Fitbit but then when it's setting things up it closes it and says error 400 bad request. I've read everything to try and fix it and it will not work. I have logged out and logged back in and I just don't know what to do.

Hi @JaydenM, typically a 400 error is resolved by following these steps:

1. Restart your tracker.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off your iOS Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn it back on.

4. Use the replacement setup process to re-pair your tracker to your account. Click here for instructions.

Keep me posted if this helps!

Tried all of these methods and nothing is working. So far I am ver disappointed with this product. Ive tried over 15 times to 'set up device' only to get the "bad request 400" message. Are there any other soutions other than rebooting phone, re intsalling app, the iOS is up to date, the Charge HR has been reset whic willl connect the device to my phone?

Welcome to our Community @njw87! Thanks for stopping by! Woman WinkYou know something that worked for me when I experienced this issue was to plug the Charge HR into the charging cable to charge it and then try setting up  your tracker again.

I hope this works for you, let me know the outcome! Man Happy
