Hoping someone can help. I am trying to set up my Fitbit- I can get to what I assume is the last step in instillation and it won't connect I get error 400.
I have read through lots of other similar post and so far have tried nearly all resolutions.
I have:
Restarted Fitbit and phone
Logged in and out of app
Updated iOS
Disconnected all Bluetooth devices
Tried connecting it using a friends phone
Tried tapping the side button during set up
Checked I have up to date version of app.
What else can I try. I don't have a computer to try that!
I am at a loss and very frustrated!!!!! Also not sure if Fitbit is working correctly as my friend suggested I should be just able to tap screen to change function view- I can't and it's fully charged! To view different functions I need to use side button.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi @Isishgirlie, I can definitely help you out.
Not to be redundant, but I'd recommend:
1. Restarting your tracker.
2. Rebooting your iOS device.
3. Turn of your iOS device's Bluetooth for 10 seconds and then turn it back on.
4. Make sure that your iOS device is connected to the internet.
5. Use the "Replacing a tracker..." process to re-pair your tracker to your account. Click here for instructions.
If for some reason you can't re-pair your tracker to your account on your iOS device, I'd then recommend trying to re-pair your tracker using a computer if possible.

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply.
I have tried all of the above except connecting it to computer as I don't have access to one!!!!
I guess I will have to see if I can find someone who can help me with computer access. My husband bought the same Fitbit at same time in same shop and his set up perfect!!!! I am so disappointed.
