Error 500 when trying to set up Versa.

Someone please help...... I bought the versa secondhand and it will not connect to my iPhone. I get to the point where it asks for the pin and when I put the pin in it comes up with the error! I’ve tried everything and read everything on this forum...... what I want to know is if anyone has actually managed to get theirs working?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. As your Versa is secondhand it's possible it was set up in an acount that was recently deleted, which is why you're getting an error 500 when trying to set it up. 

 

If it's possible, please log in to the recently deleted account, if you do it before 7 days have passed since the deletion you can halt the process and remove the Versa from that account. This will let you set it up on your own account without inconveniences. If you don't have access to the old account, you will need to wait 7 days for the account to be completely deleted before setting up the Versa in yours.
