I receive error codes whenever I hit “more information” on my Fitbit app. In addition I cannot email customer support because I get error. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling both on my phone and my iPad but to no avail. I’m not able to fully use all functions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Charge 3 does synch (albeit slowly)

So I can better assist you to identify where the issue is coming from. Would you mind to send me a screenshot showing the error message you're receiving?
In the meantime, please try the following steps:
- Log out of your Fitbit app
- Force quit the app
- Turn off the Bluetooth
- Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
- Turn on the Bluetooth
- Log back into your Fitbit app
