I just bought my Fitbit Charge HR and tried to set it up using my iPhone app but when it gets to the last step, it keeps saying Error: Request failed: bad request (400). I've tried restarting it, but that hasn't worked. I had a Fitbit Flex and had no problem with the app.

@Kevindking A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Charge HR is not connecting with your phone and Dashboard. I'd like to share this thread which contains great troubleshooting steps that you can follow in order to get this issue sorted out.
