Not even a year old. I found that this is a pretty common issue with the Fit Bits. I am very unsatisfied.
I have already spent 4 hours on the phone with customer service. I followed their instructions. We reset the device and it worked for one day. This issue came back within 24 hours. I now have completed the process 3 times and the 0X0019 error code keeps popping up. The service rep was talking in circles trying to blame it on my Iphone 5s and we did not resolve the issue.
I have just emailed customer support. It states that it will take 4days. I attached all my documents to the email. I want a full refund for my purchase.
I will update the community about my experience.

Hi @MNHAKE,
Sorry to hear about your experience, I'd recommend making sure that your tracker's firmware is current. This could potentially be the root of the problem. Click here for instructions on how to update your tracker's firmware.
After you have updated your tracker's firmware, I'd then recommend restarting your tracker too. Click here for instructions.
This should help, but keep me posted!
