Why is my screen not working? Is a monthly subscription required? Never had this before

Hello @Raghadyoussf and welcome to the Community.  Can you please clarify your question?  Are you referring to you mobile app screen (you posted on the iOS forum) or your Fitbit device screen?  There is no monthly subscription for general use, only the Premium features.

Raghadyoissf, I’m guessing it’s your device.

 

Place your Fitbit on charge

After 10 seconds, press and hold the button (left hand side of the device) in and hold,

Your should hear a beep - keep pressing then after a few seconds a smile face on the screeen.

Remove from charge and it should be working.
