My Charge 6 is accurately tracking walks by steps, duration and distance on the main page of the app. However, under the exercise tab of the app it is not saving the correct distance or displaying a map of my walk. How do I fix this?

Hello there @Mikey10353, welcome back to the Fitbit Community!
Thanks a lot for taking the time to share this situation with us. All the steps you've already performed are truly appreciated!
Let's start troubleshooting your device and the app by checking that there aren't any updates available for it. Sometimes, an outdated app can directly impact how it records the stats tracked by your device.
You also need to make sure that the app has all the necessary permissions enabled to work properly. This would depend on the OS your phone runs, so make sure all the permissions are enabled.

Thanks @Mikey10353, for the quick reply!
Also, thank you for confirming your app is updated and everything is ready to go.
I must say that this issue has already been reported in another thread, and I just want to try all the solutions offered there. As you might think, we are actively working on a solution, but it might take a while before we get one.
Please stay tuned for any updates I can provide in the future.
