Exercise data not syncing to my Fitbit app

I have a Versa 4 and iPhone 15. My exercise data is not syncing to the Fitbit App. All of the other data is syncing such as steps, zone minutes, calories. However, after the sync the app still registers no excercise and no activity.

Update the App: Ensure your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. Sometimes bugs are fixed in newer updates. For more information, see How do I update the Fitbit app?

  1. Log Out and Back In: Try logging out of your Fitbit account and logging back in. This can refresh the app and resolve minor glitches.
  2. Clear Cache: On iOS, you might need to delete and reinstall the app, as clearing the cache isn’t available directly. Reinstalling can sometimes fix unexpected issues.
  3. Try syncing and checking your data once again.

Deleting the app then reinstalling it worked!
