Exercise disappeared in the app

I play beat sabers and my Fitbit generally logs it as an aerobic exercise.  At first today was no different, I checked afterward to see my numbers and time, but logging in again a little bit later the exercise disappeared from the log. My active minutes still reflects my play time, but I can no longer see it under my list of exercises. It wouldn’t be such a big deal, but I like to look at my heart rate and calories burned for these play sessions. Is there anyway to get it to reflect in my exercise section properly again?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Loxi.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I appreciate your efforts and recommend doing the following:

1. Restart your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

2. Force quit the Fitbit app and restart your phone.

3. Confirm that the Auto-Exercise Recognition setting is set to "On" in the Fitbit app.

4. Lower the auto-exercise recognition time setting to 10 minutes for an Aerobic exercise.

For more information about the SmartTrack, please review our help article: How do I track exercise and activity with my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps!

I followed all instructions and the activity is still not appearing in my log for Friday (everything before and since is as it should be). Also to clarify, I know how to the Fitbit tracking works and my settings were as they should be, this is a matter of my activity disappearing from the log when it was previously there.

Thank you for your reply, @Loxi.

I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. I recommend confirming if you see your workouts if you log in fitbit.com on a browser (not on Fitbit app). Click on "Log" on the top of the screen and then on "Activities". Please also let me know if other type of activities disappear as well?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
