Exercise mode not syncing to iphone app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I used the exercise mode feature for the first time today, and it seemed to work fine (showed the stats on my Fitbit once I ended it), but it won't sync to my iphone app. The app dashboard is showing no exercise and no active minutes. I was tracking for about 25-30 minutes. I've read through a lot of posts here with similar topics, but haven't found anything helpful, so far. Any suggestions?  Thank you!

@Marcie_ I have found sometimes it takes a few minutes after I finish my exercise mode before it shows up on the iOS app. I sync my tracker immediately to the app to update the # of steps however under the "Exercise" tile it shows none, however when I open the app back up again 5 minutes later or so it shows up.

I'm having the same issue when trying to log exercise manually in the iOS app.  It is not syncing and adding to my Active Minutes as it usually does.  I've asked for help regarding this, but Support keeps referring me here, which doesn't provide me answers either.

Hey hey hey @Marcie_ welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's a pleasure to have you here 🙂 Please excuse the delay in my response.
Concerning the issue you're experiencing, I would like to thank my friend @SunsetRunner for his response. And I would like to add that, this issue can be fixed by restarting your Fitbit and setting it up as a new device as instructed by our friend @MarcelBK I hope this would help @mattmitchell as well to correct the issue.

Please let me know if you need anything else? In the meantime, I wish you a wonderful day!
