this is the second time I recorded a long walk and checked that it is connected to GPS before proceeding. After finishing the exercise and refreshing the app, the exercise isn’t there!! The steps seems to have updated so I’m not sure where my exercise went. Even my sleep data isn’t there too but I mostly care about my exercise. I have restarted my Fitbit, turned off Bluetooth, turned on again, then opened the app to sync but still nothing! It is very frustrating because I always want to see my exercise and map after I go out for a walk and sync it with Strava afterwards (which requires GPS). App is updated to latest version, and so is my iOS version. I’m using a Versa 4.

Same issue for me. I have a Charge 6 and the GPS trace from my last 2 runs have not been saved.
Steps to reproduce:
- From the FitBit iOS app, I start recording an exercise. The GPS signal is good at the beginning and everything seems to work.
- When I finish my run, the first time, I unlock my phone and I see that the FitBit app had closed (crashed?). The second time, I unlocked my phone and the FitBit app seemed to be frozen.
- In both cases, when I reopen the FitBit app and sync, there is an entry saved for the exercise, but only includes the steps and time, not the GPS trace.
