Exercise not automatically tracking

Hello, I have an iPhone 13 pro and I am on iOS 15. 3 and my charge 4 is up to date on the 3.52.1 ( 1084 ) version. My problem is my treadmill walk time is not automatically updated under Exercise since February 1. Zone minutes tracks the activity and time correctly but it is not picked up under Exercise at all. When I tried to manually add Exercise activity on Feb 3, it reduced steps by 3-4K ( ! )? Is this one of the bugs from the iOS 15.3 update or can someone advise how to fix this issue?

My Charge 4 is still not automatically tracking Exercise and I have now updated my apple devices to iOS 15.3.1. Any ideas on the cause and how to fix it?

Just finished an 8 mile bike ride. The Fitbit app said ZERO distance traveled despite having the Charge 5 set to use iPhone 13pro GPS. Fitbit sharing was set to “Always”. I have latest Fitbit app and IOS.  Humpf…!   I tried Numerous times to edit in the 8 mile distance into the app but the Fitbit app would not save the edit. A fitness tracker that won’t track my exercise is…a watch.

Well said and amen to that. The amount of building sync issues has decreased the effectiveness and value of the device as a fitness tool. It basically does what it wants when it wants at this point. I am sad to say that I am not sure if I am more disappointed in the Device that is just over a year old or lack of response from Fitbit support.
