Can you please help my tracked exercise hasn't shown on my dashboard since 25th March and now all of my previous workouts have disappeared. Everything else is working and syncing fine, I have checked on the website and all of my workouts are logged on there please advise why I can't see anything on the dadhboard

Hi @Kaymorris

 

Since mentioning it's showing on the dashboard (website) though not in the Fitbit App (iOS), moved this thread from the Charge HR to the iOS App section to increase the chance of getting a solution.
