I have a charge hr 3 and my fitness tile has not been tracking for over a week now. I have reset my Fitbit, force closed my app multiple times, refreshed within the app multiple times. I have gone for multiple runs in the past few weeks so my activity should be showing- all other info including distance steps and active minutes are syncing. Please help!

I tried logging out and restarting phone and also deleted and redownloaded the app and still have the same problem. Went for a 3 mile run today and it again shows steps active minutes but not exercise.
