I originally had my exercise weekly goal set to 5 days. I wanted to change this goal to a different number of days but every time I try to change the goal to a different day in the app, it always reverts back to 5 days. Any suggestions?

I can't even see the option to change the goal anymore. Was there an update to the app recently? It seems to have removed the option to change the Days Exercised goal. Used to be you would tap the tile, then select the settings (gear) icon and you could modify your "# of 7 days" setting. Now it just shows the list of Auto Recognized Exercises and a link for setting Stride Length.

Unfortunately in Feb 2023 the glitch is not resolved in my Sense 2. I use Apple iPhone 13 with all updates done regularly on both platforms (FitBit & Apple). I’ve been told the only solution is to shutdown smart watch, delete app on phone & re-install FitBit app (THEN remember your login & password to reaccess your data)… It’s all a lot to do in our busy lifestyles in something that is meant to be about monitoring lifestyle stress !

One way to change the number of exercise days is to click on your picture in the upper left-hand corner. Scroll down to exercise and tap. You should be able to find exercise days and where you can reset the number of days you wish. I am using the charge for. My current version of the iOS app is 3.76. The instructions might be slightly off because I am blind and I’m trying to remember the screens and the names of the fields to click on. You can also update other activities in that general area. Good luck , and hope it works for you.
