I have noticed this week that my exercise stats are not showing pace or distance when using an eliptical trainer.  This has worked fine until just this week.  My husband has a Blaze and his has done this also.  All it is showing is time, calories and BHP.  Any ideas?  I set the exercise tracker to eliptical when starting so it is not an issue with auto-recognition.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. Tell me, is this the first time you have experienced this situation? Have you restarted your Charge 2 recently? If so, I would like to suggest you to check the exercise in the Activities Section of the online Dashboard and if it's showing correctly here, please try the following:

 

  • Force-quit the app, then open it again. If this doesn't seem to wok:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
