Face wont turn on when i look at it anymore.

My Versa is suddenly not turning on when I move my arm to look at the clock face. I need to push the button to make it light up. It did drop a few days ago when my band snapped.   Maybe more than the strap broke?   Any suggestions?.

Try holding in left side button a few seconds;  look for 'Screen Wake'; tap to toggle on or off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
