Can we just put a disclaimer up somewhere stating that Fitbit doesn’t care about you or what you want so stop asking. Obviously there is a need and desire for easy fixes to our problems but Fitbit doesn’t care about their users needs and I’m getting sick of mods responding with that already exists so I’m gonna burry it and lock the thread.

Hi @SunsetRunner 

 

You haven't posted on the forums since March of 2018, so I'm not sure why you're saying they don't care. Fitbit does care, but they have to know (by your telling them) exactly what the problem is. No one can help you if they don't know what is going on. Moderators go by the terms of service and can edit, merge, delete or lock as needed.
