Feedback about Fitbit food logging

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Have been writing Fitbit for years asking for the ability to clear recent and frequent foods in the food logging tabs. You would think an app made for health would understand that when you make health changes its TRIGGERING to have to scroll through a list of all the things you used to eat in order to log the new stuff. This is the main reason I have switched to logging my food with Myfitnesspal. The second reason is Fitbit STILL does not have a fasting tracker! It's surprising how far behind they are with the times. The more I've used other apps, the more tempted I am to switch trackers as well. I've been using Fitibit for 10 years, but they don't seem to care about customer feedback.

Hi there, @AdamVincent.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback regarding the food logging. I understand your frustration about not having those options, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We constantly work to improve our platform, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us to do so. We take all feedback into consideration when making decisions about new features and improvements.

If you haven't already done so, I'd encourage you to visit the Product Feedback board where you can support the ideas that you wish to see in the future. I took the liberty of looking for similar feedback to yours and found two similar ideas that you can add your vote to:

Thank you. I will do that. I think it's an important thing to advocate for as getting rid of baggage, especially that triggers you, is a critical part of evolving into a healthier person. I would think Fitbit more than anyone would want to champion this.
