I see some people are blaming Fitbit with all the latest problems after the IOS13s update. It’s not their fault, Apple look after themselves first then fix all the other smart watches at a later date. I’ve got mine working again with no problems.

@Roblee1 You really must share your secret or at the very least what the issue is what that you got fixed.
I'm also very surprised that you were able to get @LizzyFitbit to respond. I've been waiting a couple days for her to provide clarification between the terms recommended and required. I mean, i know what they mean I just think fitbit has a different definition or is applying a different meaning then the standard norm.
Anyway, I'm really happy that your tracker is working again! Huge favor though if you see @LizzyFitbit around can you maybe point her in the direction the post below. It's a link to the issue ive been having.
