Finally got Fitbit One to sync

I followed the steps to force my Fitbit one to shutdown and then restart. Plug your charging cable into computer. Plug the Fitbit one into the charging cable. Make sure the gold contacts are aligned. Hold down the tracker’s button for 10-12 seconds. Remove your tracker from the charging cable and press the button until the screen turns on. I did not lose any of my last several days of data.
