I am having trouble finding where you can update your Charge 3.

I'm not sure you mean by updating.

If you mean to sync it, the easiest way is to just pull down on phone app screen.

 

If you mean a firmware update, when one is available, your phone app will tell you so, and explain how to update it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
