Fit bit Alta loose on one side I have almost lost it numerous times. It's the actual guy bit not the strap as I have replaced many times.

Are you still within warranty? It runs for 12 months from purchase (24 months if you are in Europe). If so, then contact customer support via the following link. I'm sure they'll be able to sort something out for you.
