Fit bit One not syncing all my steps to the app.

One says 12,000 steps; app says 7546. I've re started One, shut off then on blue tooth, re booted phone. Have noticed it past few days since Fit bit update. App says Looking and buffers all the time but says it is syncing. I have manually sinced it too. Any ideas?

Hello @SunsetRunner, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you've let me know the steps you've tried in order to try to resolve this issue. As you have already restarted your One and your phone I would like to suggest you to set up your tracker as a new device to reset the connection between your tracker and your phone. Don't worry, none of the information already stored in your account will get deleted.

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
