Fit bit notifications going to the wrong phone?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
My husband is receiving notifications that are telling him that he's getting close to his step goal on his phone. However he doesn't use his fit bit any longer and I have my own fit bit that I use connected to my own iPhone. I'm not getting notifications on my phone telling me when I get close to my step goal, so we assume the notifications he is receiving are really related to my fit bit. I can't find a setting within iOS settings or within the app to look at notifications. Does anyone have any ideas?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Brandikc. It's great to have you here. I would recommend setting up your Fitbit tracker as a replacement device by following @Odyssey13's steps. Rest assured your synced data won't be affected. This should get you back on track.

On another note, the notifications section can be found in the online Dashboard > Settings > Notifications.

Catch you later. Smiley Very Happy
