So, my Fitbit app on my iPhone does not work in multiple ways. First, I can't get past the login screen, once I tapped login using google account and then choose my account, it will just show the loading circle but never log me in. Eventually it will tell me that an error happened and to try again (though trying again does nothing).
Sometimes it will actually log me in, but once I get into the app and go to setup Fitbit device, and then I tap on Versa 2, it will just show a loading sign next to the Versa 2 image. And once again it will never actually do anything, it will just give me an error code 3004.
I'm very displeased and disappointed, I got my Versa 2 and now I can't even use it until I get the Fitbit app, and then connect the device via the app. But I can't do that cause of the errors, so now my expensive watch is useless until this gets fixed.
Here are some things i have tried to fix the app:
- Reinstalling the app
- Turning off Wi-Fi and using my 5g data
- Powering off my phone and turning it on again
- Offloading the app
- Making sure my time is set to automatic
Please help me, I feel like I just wasted a lot of money.

Ok so i was able to log in, but now when i launch the app all it shows me is a white screen with the blue Fitbit logo at the top and that's it
