Hi, I've had my FitBit Flex since February and until today it's been fine. This morning my Flex wasn't syncing to my iPhone 5 app. I have charged the Flex and restarted my phone. I've checked there is no system update for my phone. When restarted, the app showed the Flex had no battery even though it just finished fully charging but it did sync my steps/activities but the device stop responding to the double tap. I saw online to restart the Flex which I did and it responded but the app still showed the battery as dead. Another forum said to try removing the Flex from the app and re-install it. Now when I try, I select the FitBit Flex and press the "Set Up Your FitBit Flex" but it won't load the next page.
Can anyone help?
