FitBit app 2.25 crash when synching

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I'm running iOS 10 beta 3 on my Iphone 5 and its not synching anymore.

When starting synching it seems ok and fine, fining the FitBit HR via Bluretooth and starts off.

After a while the app crashes and this repeats.

As a computer specialist I would of course think that this would have to do with something in iOS beta 3 not being 100% compatible with the current version of the FitBit app 2.25?

Any ideas? Any updates?

M.

@MorganFoss welcome to the forums! That sounds a little weird. I've never heard of the iOS beta 3. WHat if you download the current version for the Fitbit app iOS 2.25? Also, try force quitting your FItbit app. Also, does it give you an error message? Let me know and post me a screenshot if it is!

I'll be looking forward to your new comments!

Hi and thanks for your reply.
Apple has just released the iOS 10 Beta 3. Just check up with your developers, I'm sure they're familiar with it. This time the beta is public.
I have the 2.25 version installed and I'm not getting any error message. The app just crashes, goes black and I'm back to my Home screen.

@MorganFoss thanks for getting back to me! I have found a post by @DerrickS about iOS 10 still a beta operating system. Just out of curiosity have you tried the steps I described above? Do let me know.

I'll be looking forward to your new comments!
