Connected my FitBit App with my OneTouch Reveal App on 16-Jun-2022. Data was successfully synchronized for over 2 years, usually within a few seconds after taking reading on the OneTouch Reveal App, until 08-Oct-2024. Since then I have read the community forums and tried various ideas to resolve this issue and nothing has worked. Contacted customer support and opened a case on 19-Dec-2024. Issue still persists. No updates yet.
From reading the community forums I came across other topics where people have posted that their data stopped synchronizing on 08-Oct-2024 as well. Seems to be a system wide issue and not limited to individuals. Any insight appreciated.
