I updated the FitBit app to version 3.18 and when I opened the app it said "This version is no longer compatible with your Charge 2. Your device may not be able to connect with this app until you update."
It prompts me to update, but when I click “update app” it takes me to the App Store where it shows that the app is up to date.
I’m on iOS 13.3.1.
Does anyone else have this problem and possibly have a solution?

3.18 is the latest version.
What version is the Charge 2 at?
Have you tried logging out/in on the Fitbit app?
