FitBit not registering calories burnt

I've worked out today and my Fitbit chargeHR hasn't registered calories burnt. It's registered fatburn, cardio and peak percentages but 0 calories... Can anyone help?xxx

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @catsmith89. I haven't seen any activity that doesn't register calories burned before. I would recommend logging out of the Fitbit app and logging back in. You can also download the latest version of the Fitbit app.

 

If the above doesn't help, provide let me know what type of workout you performed and a screen shot of the activity that didn't register calories burnt.
