@TracyY I went to the App Gallery and downloaded it without any difficulty. I see from your profile that you are a long time Fitbit user. But is your Versa 3 brand new, like really brand new? If your Versa 3 is brand new, then you might need a firmware update. A brand new device will say that the firmware is up to date, even if an update is available.
