I purchased the premium and it worked for a while, now it doesn’t show up and all I have access to is the “freestyle’. There are no individualised workouts.
Yet when I click on the “go premium” tab, it shows i’m Already premium. I’m so over FitStar!

Had the same issue. I had to go through customer service. They enrolled me online and told me next time to do it online and not through the Apple store app purchase. Not sure if you have the same issue. If so, it can only be fixed by calling customer service.

Hi, having the same issue (upgraded to Premium but the app is not recognizing the upgrade, just the Basic/Freestyle plan). What’s the customer service phone #? Can’t find it on the app. Thanks!
