I just installed your app update this morning. I tap on the icon and the app starts but before it loads it disappears. I do see the app when I hit the start button but when I touch it to bring it up it disappears. The same app on my iPhone using the same IOS is working.
I have restarted the Ipad and I tried shutting off my IPhone incase they were conflicting. No change in the problem.

@MacCheeseIf you uninstall and reinstall, it is totally normal that you don't see the update anymore; because you just installed the latest one.

It’s all quite confusing @MikeGreen because I got the 3.6 update two weeks ago and I have been on it since without issue. I have logged out each night without issue as well so I’m afraid I have no idea what’s going on

Please Fitbit, launch an update quickly or at least rollback this one of the store; so we can reinstall 3.5

@MikeGreen I apologize. I misspoke!! I got the 3.5 update 2 weeks ago and the 3.6 18 hours ago. Based on everything I’ve read here I will NOT be logging out of my Fitbit App until I know there is a resolution

I have a IPhone 7 & my app was working fine this morning until it took the update & now it's doing the same thing. The app will pop up for a second then disappear & I have tried all the troubleshooting I found here with no results.

I’m on iphone8. Received notification today that IOS 12.4.1 available. I DID NOT download it. Still on iOS 12.3.1 and Fitbit 2.95. Experiencing same issues as others right after iOS notification appeared. Will not sync. App appears for a second then goes blank and reverts to home screen. Seems like more than an a iOS update issue.

Hi I have followed all possible steps to resolve this?
The app would not start. I upgraded to iOS 3.4.1, deleted and downloaded the app. Restarted my iPhone. Still the app will not start. Very frustrating to say the least.

I came here for the first time looking to see if anyone else is having this crashing problem and it looks like I'm not the only one. I have IOS 12.4 and the latest version of Fitbit. I've already deleted Fitbit app, restarted my iPad, downloaded the Fitbit app again and it still crashes. I can log into the app but as it begins to do an update the entire app crashes.
